Right to Work Resources
UK Employers are obligated to undertake Right To Work checks in the process of engaging new employees or workers. Certain records and documents are required to be checked, copied and retain to show that the employer has undertaken appropriate steps.
The following resources are provided by the Home Office to assist employers and employees in the obligations to undertake Right To Work document or online checks.
